We want you to receive exactly the right part. If something is wrong, we will make it right.

Returns Accepted Within 30 Days

Wrong part shipped, or part does not fit the model we confirmed — we pay return shipping and send the correct part or a full refund.
Item arrived damaged — send us photos within 48 hours of delivery; we will replace it or refund in full.
Ordered by mistake or no longer needed — return accepted if the part is unused and in original packaging; buyer pays return shipping. A 10% restocking fee may apply.

Non-Returnable

Electrical components that have been installed or wired.
Custom-made or specially sourced items (confirmed with you before ordering).

Refund Process

Once the returned item reaches our Shanghai warehouse and passes inspection, refunds are issued within 5 business days via the original payment method (PayPal or bank transfer).
